EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. Certain products and services may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

How to withdraw from a purchase

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. You will be asked to provide:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your order number

  • The product or products concerned

  • Confirmation that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we received your withdrawal request.

Submitting this form does not automatically issue a refund. We will review the request and send you return instructions when a physical product must be returned.

Returning physical goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return eligible physical goods within 14 days.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be securely packaged and returned with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging when reasonably possible.

Please do not send a product back until you have received return instructions and the correct return address from us.

Refunds

We will process any refund required under applicable law. For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until either:

  1. We receive the returned goods; or

  2. You provide acceptable evidence that the goods have been shipped back,

whichever occurs first.

The refund will generally include the original purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method that we offered. Additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of expedited or premium shipping may not be refundable.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and operation.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain purchases, including, where legally applicable:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed health or hygiene goods after the seal has been broken

  • Digital content supplied immediately after the customer expressly consented and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal

  • Services fully performed after the customer expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the applicable consequences

  • Other products or services excluded under applicable consumer law
